Allu has added three new models to its range of screening buckets. The Allu DL series has been designed for excavators between 4 and 12tonnes and loaders between 2 and 8tonnes. The design of the DL series bucket’s top screen ensures that it won’t clog, even with wet materials, according to the manufacturer. The screening blades and top screens can be changed to vary the size of the end product, which is dependent on the spacing between the combs.

The ALLU Screener Crusher D-series is divided into two main categories: screening and crushing and fine screening, and it is presenting a “new screening concept for bucket-type fine screening.” The company says that with the totally new screening design, wet materials can also be screened down to a fine fragment size such as 15 or 25mm minus, with high productivity. Allu has upgraded its screener crusher buckets with the introduction of the new six-model D-Series range suitable for excavators from 10 to 40tonnes and wheel loaders between five and 30tonnes. The design allows the buckets to be used for crushing demolition waste, asphalt and glass using replaceable hammer heads to produce end product between 25mm and 100mm. They can also be configured to screen materials with product size from 0-15mm, 0-25mm or 0-35mm and can be used for mixing in lime or other products
