An Italian court said it will explain in about a month its refusal for construction of the controversial €13.5 billion suspension bridge between Calabria province and Messina on the island of Sicily.
No barrier installation setting is more critical than on bridges and in tunnels because of limited spaces and equally limited fast access for emergency vehicles - not to mention additional hazards, including fire and smoke.
