Haulotte is using computer diagnostics to make sure that is new generation of aerial work platforms and telehandlers is as intelligent as possible, offering easier service and maintenance routines to keep downtime and operating costs at a minimum.
Haulotte has unveiled a new range of high-precision vertical masts which the manufacturer claims will require minimum maintenance and reduce costs and downtime. Haulotte’s vertical mast booms deliver work platforms for difficult-to-reach places using telescopic masts that can climb to a working height of 6m to 10m. Often used for road-side maintenance work, units like the new Star 8 S vertical mast aim to “provide agility in confined areas” says Haulotte. The mast is “easy” to transport from site to site
Haulotte is offering new technologies while showcasing a range of aerial work platforms and telehandlers outside. The HT23 RTJ Pro Rough terrain Telescopic boom is equipped with the Activ Lighting System, to simplify loading and unloading on a truck while improving user safety. Its Stop Emission System automatically halts and restarts the engine, and is said to reduce its use and peripheral components by up to 20%. It will be marketed from September.
