Simex has released the new GEN II version of its ART 1000 patented technology for in-situ regeneration of deteriorated asphalt.
Simex ART technology focuses on surface-level interventions for the functional recovery of road deterioration. Volvo Construction Equipment is introducing a new seven model ADT range, which includes the 45tonne capacity A50 that slots into the range between the proven A45 and A60 models.
The firm’s president, Melker Jernberg says that these new ADTs offer a range of major gains over the models being replaced. New transmissions help to reduce fuel consumption by up to 15% and coupled with the faster cycle times, this should help lower the cost/tonne for customers according to the firm.
