Procure Partnerships Framework support public sector organisations deliver infrastructure projects from procurement to completion. The North-West Contractor Framework is managed on behalf of Wirral Council and is accessible by North-West public sector bodies, including government departments, local authorities, regulated utilities, schools, housing associations, and emergency services. Effective from 1 April 2026, the framework will run for four years and has a total value of £1.2 billion.
Costain has secured places on Lot 11 and Lot 12 of the framework. Lot 11 has a total estimated value of £120 million and covers infrastructure projects worth between £15 million and £30 million, whilst Lot 12 and has a total estimated value of £144 million and covers projects worth more than £30 million.
Costain will bring its experience of delivering complex engineering-led solutions in infrastructure projects across the road, rail, integrated transport, energy, water and defence & nuclear energy sectors, utilising its Manchester office as part of its strong presence in the North-West.
