The new sea crossing improves transport connections between Thuan An and Da Nang Province and Quang Binh Province. The project will help develop tourism for the coastal area of Thuan An as well as providing a stronger base for industrial development.
The project delivers a key coastal road connection for Thua Thien-Hue province.The work will also provide a better transport connection for the crucial East-West Economic Corridor that links Vietnam with Thailand, Laos and Cambodia.
