Close to 300km of motorways are under construction at present, with a further 900km being planned. Key projects include Agadir’s new urban motorway and the North-East bypass for Agadir, the motorway between Tiznit and Dakhla, the motorway from Fes to Taounate and the motorway between Tetouan and Chefchaouen. They also include the new road to the Nador West Med port, the motorway from Sidi Yahya to Sidi Kacem and upgrade work for the route lining Dar Sekka and Sidi Allal El Bahraoui.
Meanwhile the project to widen and upgrade Regional Road 710 between Khenifra and Boujaad has an estimated cost of $40 million.
